Hello, this is Erin O’Neill one of the owners of The Real O.G. BBQ. I have worked over 39 years in restaurant industry. I have spent the last 7 years opening restaurants, creating systems and creating and executing menus for restaurants in the Dayton area. I have a deep love of food and BBQ in general. From competing in BBQ competitions, to fusion food items I am always working and thinking about food. I am really excited to create a unique and memorable experience for you.

Hello, this is Jerry Gordon one of the owners of The Real O.G BBQ. I Have worked over 39 years in the restaurant industry. Starting early on doing dishes and bussing tables to owning my own establishments. Years of experience in operations and catering has led me to this venture. I am a true believer that great customer service will always lead you to the path of success. Food and love go hand in hand which makes this so exciting. I look forward to seeing all the smiles and hearing all the laughs.
